Can you provide me with a free quote?

Yes. Feel free to contact us to set up an appointment for a free estimate. We will get back to you within 1-2 days after the appointment with your estimate.

How many years of experience do you have?

BRM has been around since 2002, but we have over 15 years of experience in the industry.

Will you take care of the process from start to finish?

Yes. We can do all interior and exterior work for you and we will bring in a cleaning team after the job is completed.

Will I be able to make changes to the plan during the project?

Of course. We want to be as flexible as we can for you. Keep in mind that depending on the change you'd like to make, the price of the job might be influenced.

How do you prepare for the job?

We remove all furniture from the space, plastic all carpets or put paper on hardwood floors for protection. We will also put plastic to cover any furniture. If necessary, we will build a plastic wall to separate the working area from any other area that is still in use of our clients.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 20% deposit prior to beginning the job.

How should I prepare for a remodel?

We recommend putting all valuable items away from working areas. With BRM, you won't need to worry about your floors or furniture because we will make sure they are protected before we begin work.
